I bought this to connect my Canon T7i to a Weebill-S image transfer box as the image transfer box does not come with a connecting cable the mini connector USB 2.0 I was concerned that swapping from the USB 3.0 B port on the Weebill-S Image Transmitter and using this adapter to connect to my T7i may not work, but I'm happy to report that it works fine. Thanks to this little adapter I can start and stop the recording.
