Short review. Measure yourself first before purchasing. If not, it's your own laziness. Second, for a keychain, I recommend getting a small carabiner and attaching it to your car keys. This way, while you're running, you can easily separate the keys you need for your run and leave the keys you don't need locked in the car. I hate holding my phone on the go. I hate holding onto anything while running. a quick run of 0.5 to see what to expect and I have to say. Out of the box it does what it promises. It held my iPhone 12 Pro Max without ever bouncing or shaking. He also held my keys without shaking. I didn't even hear them ring. I didn't feel anything either. I didn't sweat enough to notice the material absorbing so I'll update in a later review.
