Review on Ezkindheit by Eric Smalley

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Poor Quality and Unsatisfactory Customer Service Characterize Our Experience with Ezkindheit.

After hearing great things about Ezkindheit's extensive collection of child care items, I was eager to give it a try. Unfortunately, my dealings with this firm were really disappointing. To begin, my experience with the stroller I bought from Ezkindheit was not one of "longevity." The wheels started to wobble after only a few months, and the fabric started to break. I asked for help and got a rude and unhelpful response from customer service. Despite being advertised as compatible, the weather cover I also bought from Ezkindheit did not fit my stroller. Unfortunately, I discovered after attempting a return that I was a few days too late to receive a refund. My time spent with Ezkindheit as a whole was really disheartening. Frustration and stress were compounded by the low quality of their items and the ineptness of their customer support staff. I will not refer this company to other moms and dads and will instead go elsewhere.

Pros
  • Designs that are both innovative and practical for parents who are often on the go
Cons
  • There are no brick-and-mortar stores, therefore all shopping must be done online. Some products may be more expensive than those offered by competitors.
