The level of expertise is really amazing. Their consultants are very knowledgeable about AWS solutions even though it's an off-the core area I've worked with them. They do follow up consistently which gives confidence that you have someone who cares/is willing to pick your project back as per requirement or if there was something more urgent their hands get tied due to resource limitations i.e. budget cuts. There were times when we needed quick turnaround but since it took longer than expected sometimes i thought its not that great (but still acceptable) approach. Its better for medium size projects where resources are easily available since its cheaper then hiring full time employee and also quicker turn around. We had issues solving our storage space challenges so used this option instead of 3rd party options like Amazon Glacier etc. I worked at Sandhata for about 3 years as an Infrastructure Engineer. They are very organized and efficient with their operations - but also flexible when needed! I never had any issues being able to work remotely or offsite, so that was great! The only thing I didn't like is having to use VPNs sometimes to connect into our network which can be cumbersome if you're not familiar w/ it. We were solving problems related to maintaining servers and infrastructure for multiple customers.
