Review on Skechers Mens Diameter Shoe Brown by Julius Lito

Revainrating 2 out of 5

I took a risk and lost.

I've had this Sketcher style and others for years (ever had shoes without laces? Ask Kanye West). As you read, keep in mind that every pair of laceless sketchers so far has been nothing short of amazing. I got them on a lite deal for about $20 off so I really wanted them to work. You kicked off your shoes from a sticky floor covered in semi-dried baking soda. They fit perfectly on the sole without any problems (see second pair). The second pair I received did not leave a strip of glue when walking (so the first pair was an anomaly). - The first pair must have been defective. - Unfortunately, the sole was not properly inserted into the second pair, leaving a bulge at the back of the heel - Poor glue on the insole made you feel like you were walking on stone the entire time. No fun. Unfortunately, the third pair never arrived. - I requested a third pair through the returns process which was accepted but the seller canceled the order and refunded the money. - I really wanted these types of sketchers and they usually cost around $70. here, so I was unhappy that the seller didn't send the third pair. - The seller thinks I'm making it all up? The problems with the shoes I received were easy to confirm. I bought another style very close to this style, in black (at the same time I bought them on the deal) and they were perfect as expected. I have the exact same pair that are over 3 years old and still wearable (no major cracks in the skin and looks great). Note that I cover all of my sketchers with leather protectors so they last longer (spending $10 to protect them is important). Bottom line: I would buy these sketchers again for $50/$60 just to see if they are all defective (it took years for my old ones to wear out and still work). Luckily I have Revain Prime with no issues with returns.
