NOT Android 10, further research shows Android API Level 27 which is 8.1 Oreo NOT 10, all they did was edit the system file, to view Android 10 (shared theme with this company and others according to XDA forums) the device is slow, the screws aren't long enough to mount, and the HVAC controls don't fit well and have to be pushed in. Remember I've been installing mobile electronics for years. The device is factory rooted but can't root or update the binary (I'm good with Android again and tried everything even the USB AA cable to try adb). Try a more reputable company, but chances are you won't get real Android 10. Playing around, I figured out how to root via wireless ADB, but the SU binary needed to mount /system requires a password, which will make you laugh. but it's that password, just search on google and it will give 8227l which is the main unit, it's " @#zxcvbnmasdfghjklqwertyuiop1234567890,. "note does not contain quotes. I got root and updated to the newer arm7 binary and then explored the system, it's all 8.1 so they made it hard to root not to see the 8.1 innards which can be viewed if you have SU access.
