Won't cure: my feedback

No matter what light I use (the one provided in package or any of the ones I already own) it takes 10+full 30 second cycles to cure this hard gel. I have tried both thin and thick coats. I'm very unhappy. I opened this purchase a hike after it came (I bought it long before it was needed) and now am out of warranty for a refund or replacement.
