Although very affordable they are of decent quality. I was able to mount them on a bike with wheels. Went in smoothly and pulled up. I don't know what the torque rating is so I hope that was enough. To mount the tire without removing the wheel, simply remove the old valve core and use an 8" C clip and a piece of wood on one side to break the bead and move the tire to one side . After the old valve is exposed, cut it off and install a new one. Remove the C-clamp and properly inflate the tire. It took 20 minutes to do both wheels
