I like this product. It is very responsive and works very well. It's actually more responsive than my car radio screen lol. But there are a few flaws that made me give it one star. First of all, some applications have a hard time working on it, and I expected them to be less than perfect. Second, I know it says 4k resolution, but I'm not entirely sure. It's definitely high res but not 4k (which isn't too bad for me as HD was all I needed anyway) and thirdly it's my personal fault that the car mount didn't run smoothly on my 2016 Subaru Outback. Model because the headrest projections are slightly narrower than the required measurement. Although I was able to get it to work by pushing the tablet mount all the way up onto the seat pins and pushing them back into place. This doesn't make my headrest adjustable like it used to be, but luckily it doesn't bother me too much and I can't manage the settings. I thought about giving it 4 stars instead of 5, but the functionality of the tablet and the general smoothness in the car keep their rating. I will definitely order another one for the passenger seat. (Warning everyone: make sure the headrest pins aren't too narrow.)
