You may need a whole new mount, you may just need a sleeve.
When trying to determine if you need this or just a bushing, look at the gasket that runs around the area that holds the bushing. If it is tight against another mating surface, just a new bushing will do. If it leaves a gap I would recommend buying a new top mount. The reason for this is that this seal protects the hub from sand, dirt, etc. When pushed apart like my Prius does, it doesn't protect properly.
