I’ve had this for a few month now and I absolutely love it. I use it most nights during T.V time. I have noticed a difference in my lower body muscle strength and also some welcomed definition in my thighs. I bought this primarily to shake out my lower body, I’m a runner and have had issues with sciatica pain. As I slowly increase the speed over time, I keep noticing more and more benefits and am set to make this my nightly routine. Give it a try if your hesitant, it’s worth it :)
