Least causes a gag reflex
This is my third mouthguard of this design and I keep coming back to this as others I've tried don't fit my mouth well. It has the least amount of material and sits on the molars, which I find preferable. This model has a slightly thicker base and really keeps your teeth apart. And you get two of them in one package. They seem to last a long time and are easily washed under warm running water or soaked in mouthwash.
