Designed for certain women

Benefits: Tastes great (once you prioritize portions), easy to mix, lots of added benefits. Satisfies appetite and quenches thirst. Not heavy on the stomach, easy to digest. Cons: 2 scoops gives 28g of protein but makes the shake thicker and almost too sweet. Since I downgraded the scoop to one, I'm not getting my full serving of protein. Expensive for how many servings per container. Artificial sweeteners are used. Personally - for those prone to acne or having a reaction to the serum - this can flare up. I have been using dietary supplements for over 10 years. I'm by no means a pro or expert but wanted to clarify a few points on this after reading other reviews. Are there purer proteins? Aha! It definitely doesn't have the perfect ingredient profile, it has a lot of added fillers and vitamins that it doesn't necessarily need (hence the calorie content is higher), it's not a meal replacement, it's something that fills you up, it satisfies sugar cravings and delivers additional vitamins. If you are exercising and trying to lose weight, this is a good protein for you. If you compete, follow a strict diet, or count calories, this shake probably doesn't fit into your macros. If you're looking for a truly pure protein with no fillers, this isn't for you. Although it's marketed as sugar-free, it should be noted that it contains sucralose and acesulfame-k (artificial sweeteners). Women with all the extra vitamins, minerals and amino acids. This sacrifices the integrity of some ingredients for flavor and added benefits. Bigger isn't always better, but for the average woman, this would be a great protein. I know myself well enough to admit that I prefer tasty protein to pure protein. There is nothing worse than drinking a drink with an unpleasant smell of chalk. I love knowing that I can "treat" myself with a protein shake after a workout. My only recommendation is to reduce the portion size as I found 2 scoops too sweet for my liking.
