We ordered a 20" bike and received an 18" bike. Due to Covid-19 we have no choice but to keep this bike and have our child outgrow it in no time. At least it's taller than her 16 inches and she won't be banging her knees on the steering wheel for the next few months. Given the cost we paid and the cost of 20 inches, it's more pita to take them apart and come back and pay the difference when there's such a small selection of bikes at the moment. The reflectors were also broken. Hopefully we'll have better luck getting the bike out of the house. Now you need to order a stand.
