Review on 🦈 Shark XT2010 Replacement Pads for Vac-Then-Steam Mop by Charmaine Murray

Based on the product image and description, there should be two types of wipes: an all-purpose wipe and a heavy-duty wipe. That's not the case! I was happy to finally find these replacement mops for my Shark XT2010; So I ordered 3 packs (6 mops total) only to get 6 heavy duty cleaning pads all with extra thick bristles. The box I received contained 3 soft black plastic bags - they didn't come in the manufacturer's box (see picture). I WANT all purpose wipes because I feel they work the best but obviously I need to look elsewhere due to false advertising.
