This is an exact replacement for the original Casio watch strap described in the title of this review. It was easy to replace with a very small flat head screwdriver. Note: As noted in these reviews, you do not need to remove the small Philips head "screws" on each side of the clock. They are purely decorative so don't waste your time. 1) Simply place the watch face on a covered surface, press the watch bands against the surface to expose both sides of each pin, and use a small screwdriver to push the visible rib on the spring-loaded pin towards the center of the band and gently pull at the same corner of the band. 2) Be careful not to lose the pins! 3) Make sure to clean your watch with an old toothbrush after removing the old watch strap parts and before attaching the new ones. A lot of dirt accumulates in the space between the watch and the strap, which cannot be removed without removing the strap. 4) Replace part of the old belt with the same new part before removing the other old part to avoid getting the parts on the wrong sides. 5) It takes patience and finesse to put the pins back into the watch, but it will work. Insert the pin into the new part of the strap, and then try to insert one end of the pin into one side of the watch's base as close as possible to the hole it will fit into. Then hold everything in place, watch face down on the table, and use the blade of a screwdriver to push the other tip of the pin towards the center of the bracelet while inserting that tip into the hole in the bottom press the clock. 6) Once you have both pin tips more or less in place, firmly press the band piece into the watch case making sure the pin tips actually fit into their holes on the watch case. You can hear a slight click as the tip of the pen enters the hole. Check and repeat the test to ensure both ends of the pin are fully engaged by pulling the ribbon.7). Repeat the above process for the other part of the band. It took me twice as long to insert the first part of the new tape. Once I figured that out, the second part went quickly. By the way, if only one part of your strap needs to be replaced, just do that part and keep the other new part. As said, this is an exact OEM Casio replacement so it will fit your existing G 5600 watch strap.
