This is a piece of flocked neoprene, not a velvet ribbon

" in the title and was hoping it was black velvet ribbon If you are looking for this, please note that this is nothing but sticky tape and cannot be used in the same way. It's a thin disc of thick, rubbery, scuba-like neoprene material with a flocked velvet finish that gave me a fiberglass-like sliver. I'm sure it's a great product for other uses, but please don't make my mistake when you buy sewing tape.
