I like that they have so many different tools to use when it comes time for polling your brand or product in an online survey format. They also provide you with all of this information right there on their website after taking one of their surveys as well! It's very easy to navigate around their site. Their customer service can be hit or miss at times but once again if nothing else works out then what do you expect? The ability to get quick results from them without having to hire another team member/employee just makes things easier sometimes which can't always be said about other companies who are more expensive than we'd prefer (i.e., Vayner Media). Honestly, I don't think my experience was any better than average since everything seems pretty fair here overall. However, the fact that they're not really known outside of certain industries may limit your options unless you want to pay higher rates/prices per client compared to others.
