Great way to get feedback from your team

The ability for users to comment on each other's thoughts as they are being written makes this an incredibly efficient way of getting feedback from your team members. This feature allows them to see how their teammates feel about what they've just shared without having to ask directly. I wish there were more ways to collaborate in real time outside of private messages or emails. It would be great if we could send out polls for our teams to vote on something that was happening at work instead of

  • One thing i like best is when you share ideas with me, my manager comes along side it so he knows exactly where those concerns lie too! Great tool all together :)

  • There really isn't anything bad yet but some features may come down later

User satisfaction software worth investing

The best part of ray feed was that it helped us in getting feedback from our clients which were very valuable for improving our product line.The UI could have been better as well as there should be more features like integration etc available through this tool rather than paying extra money for other tools. I liked everything about ray feed but its price tag really discouraged me at first time when i tried using it. But later after reading all pros and cons, decided to go ahead with them. So…

Pros
  • Also provides useful info if needed via help center section where most frequently asked queries are answered quickly & easily !
Cons
  • Pricing structure makes sense only till your number of employees reach around 1000+ (where per month pricing starts making lot logical)

Great Tool For Getting User Feedback

The simplicity of using this tool! I like that it's so easy for my team members (and me!) to use in order to get feedback from our users. There aren't many features yet, but they're coming soon. It would be great if there were more options when you are creating an idea or question - maybe some sort of survey builder? We've been able to easily create surveys and share them with users who haven't signed up yet. This allows us to gather valuable data right away about what we should focus on next.
