User satisfaction software worth investing

The best part of ray feed was that it helped us in getting feedback from our clients which were very valuable for improving our product line.The UI could have been better as well as there should be more features like integration etc available through this tool rather than paying extra money for other tools. I liked everything about ray feed but its price tag really discouraged me at first time when i tried using it. But later after reading all pros and cons, decided to go ahead with them. So far no complaints so would recommend others too try out! We used it mainly for gathering client's reviews regarding their experience while buying products or services offered by any business we are dealing with. It helps you get real customer insights without asking questions directly. This way you can gather information about what they think about certain aspects of service provided by one particular brand/company.It also gives an insight into how much satisfied users are over different categories such as website.

Pros
  • Also provides useful info if needed via help center section where most frequently asked queries are answered quickly & easily !
Cons
  • Pricing structure makes sense only till your number of employees reach around 1000+ (where per month pricing starts making lot logical)
