Review on Rayfeed by Jerome Brooks

The simplicity of using this tool! I like that it's so easy for my team members (and me!) to use in order to get feedback from our users. There aren't many features yet, but they're coming soon. It would be great if there were more options when you are creating an idea or question - maybe some sort of survey builder? We've been able to easily create surveys and share them with users who haven't signed up yet. This allows us to gather valuable data right away about what we should focus on next. I like that it's quick - you can get feedback in half an hour or less! The tool allows for multiple people at different locations (even across time zones) work together effectively without clashing over decisions / priorities etc.- which would otherwise be very difficult if not impossible due its nature of being online only- so far no issues whatseover i have noticed from using this software has been great :). It also helps keep track/share progress easily as well!
