If you are comparing 4 pack (such as this grouping) the Dlyfull's are competitive at about $2.50 per battery. But if you buy in larger quantities your price per battery will go down quite noticeably. Also there are some "kits" which include batteries and a charger that can also be a good way to purchase. So shop around for price, particularly if you are going to be using larger quantities of batteries or you also need a charger.
