We were looking for harnesses for our two girls (9 months old today). We have tried others. They were thrown out of them as if nothing had happened. They keep her secure on the lightweight outdoor cord we have thanks to the collar adjustment and still remain comfortable for her. We use these straps when we enjoy our garden. We want our girls to be outside with us. They are mostly indoor cats and we only use these harnesses when we are outside with them. A note. We do not secure them with a leash attachment point on the back. As we've found, even the light weight of the tether strap pulls the strap sideways and makes walking uncomfortable. So instead we attach them so that the side of the attachment point runs along the belly. It seems like a much better way for them to go free with the cable attached.
