. I was skeptical about this purchase but decided to give it a try. I'm a network engineer and I sit in front of a 34 inch ultrawide monitor all day. After work I use my cell phone a lot and watch a lot of ice hockey on TV. Everything started very gradually. I strain my eyes almost every day. I've had trouble sleeping for a few months because of this. I received these glasses today and in just a few hours the difference these glasses have made to my eyes is HUGE. I've been working all day and tonight I was watching a hockey game and watching YouTube on my phone. My eyes feel absolutely gorgeous. They strain my eyes and the constant mild headaches I used to suffer from are gone. I can 100% vouch for these glasses. I am no longer a skeptic, I fully believe. My ONLY complaint is that I wish there were glasses for people with a wider head. I like the look of these glasses but I would be killed if they were just a little wider. I will not blame these glasses. A larger selection of wider sizes from the manufacturer would be nice. I really only wear them at home (I work from home) so it doesn't matter if they don't look good on me. They solved my eye strain problem and that's all I really care about. Warmly recommend them!
