I like it, thank you for the quality product.

In general, I liked the glasses, my eyes get tired less, it is easier to fall asleep after a long pastime behind the screens of gadgets. The only thing that confuses is the magnification effect, which the manufacturer for some reason is silent about. Approximately +0.25 diopters. Be prepared for this when buying this product. I do not recommend these

. I was skeptical about this purchase but decided to give it a try. I'm a network engineer and I sit in front of a 34 inch ultrawide monitor all day. After work I use my cell phone a lot and watch a lot of ice hockey on TV. Everything started very gradually. I strain my eyes almost every day. I've had trouble sleeping for a few months because of this. I received these glasses today and in just a few hours the difference these glasses have made to my eyes is HUGE. Believe the hype!

I waited about 45 days before writing this review to make sure I was getting consistent results. When Gunnar says their product helps reduce eye fatigue, headaches and overstrain. they are serious. Background: I had what I assumed was a slight headache from working all day in front of a computer with three monitors. I have tried to relieve or eliminate the headache with medication, diet etc but to no avail. Then I started reading about people suffering from similar problems who bought a Gunnars

They seem to work well with some minor issues

I don't usually have eyestrain so can't tell if they get rid of it but I can say I've worn them for a while and then taken them off. You may experience slight eye strain for about a minute while your eyes adjust. I really enjoy programming/playing in the dark and this is where they really shine (no pun intended). Taking them off my face feels like the monitor shines deep into my eyes while using them to block most of the light. Pros: Blocks glare/glare. Cons: Slightly smaller than they look inโ€ฆ
