I'm a big fan of doing things myself, so I couldn't wait to give TFCFL's goods a try. Unfortunately, my interactions with the business left me feeling let down and aggravated. Their website was the first place I ran into trouble. It was hard to locate what I was looking for because the site was confusing to use and the product descriptions were inadequate. When I did track down what I was looking for, the checkout procedure was a nightmare, and it took me far longer than necessary to complete my purchase. When my shipment eventually arrived, I found that the items were of poor quality. The lighting fixtures I purchased did not look as classy as they did online, and the tools I received were flimsy and poorly made. These products were supposed to aid my house improvement efforts, but they have instead proven to be more trouble than they are worth. In addition, no one at customer support responded to my request for help. I sent them emails and called them several times, but got no response. Because of this, I feel neglected and frustrated. In sum, my time spent with TFCFL was less than satisfying. I was frustrated and unhappy with my buy because the website was difficult to use, the goods were of poor quality, and there was no customer service. If you're in the market for durable equipment or bulbs, I wouldn't suggest TFCFL.
