I love being able to have my products reach people through different channels like social media or email! It is great because it gives me access from anywhere at anytime which helps tremendously when working remotely as well!! The customer service could use some improvement but overall i am very happy using this platform. Highly recommend if your looking into ecommerce platforms such as Amazon FBA (fulfillment by Amazon). You can easily scale up once things start going smoothly without having problems managing inventory levels etc..
