This was just what I needed to connect a factory backup camera to a replacement receiver. However, the rest of the suspension was not for this car. I installed it on a 2012 Altima SL sedan with a factory Bose radio with no navigation. On this car, when you connect the axxess aswc-1, you connect a small wire harness to a completely different connector. And good luck getting the aswc-1 box working properly. I had to call tech support twice just to have them finally walk me through manually programming the device. I highly recommend the idatalink maestro controller if you are looking for factory steering wheel controls with a new receiver. Slightly more expensive, but phenomenal in every way.
