My new puppy loves to run around the garden but lately she's been showing adventures and wonders in the neighbor's garden and on the street. Luckily I live on a cul-de-sac with little traffic, but I'm sure my neighbors wouldn't appreciate it when she came into their yard and did God knows what. So I invested in it because it's long enough to walk all the way through my yard for her to be as surprised as she wants to be, but she can't leave the yard. You simply drill two hooks at the start and end points, wrap one end around a hook, and then tighten the other end elsewhere. One end may need to be trimmed to the perfect length. The shaft connects to the front porch and then to the shed on the other side of the yard. This is a great leash for 99.99999% of dogs! However, my pup understands that he is on a leash and gets upset about it! She chews the rope and refuses to move when tied to a leash. Someone has to literally walk her into the yard and walk the entire length of the runner here for her to actually move. I find it so funny that she loves guessing but hates the leash! I hope your dog(s) enjoy this and don't get stubborn like mine!
