To be honest after reading other reviews I chose XL (mainly because it's a kids hoodie) and I'm very happy with it. If you're a teenager looking for a larger zip, I'd recommend going for the XL if you're 5 inches or under. I'm 5" 3" and wear XL, it's like going from XS to S; just a little difference in size. That being said, I wouldn't recommend ingesting it due to the oversized feeling.
