Review on Cave Tools BBQ Skewers Set by Ashley Carpenter

I've been using wooden skewers to grill or grill food for years. Whenever I turned the skewers, the food would inevitably turn on the round skewers. Not with these skewers anymore. These flat skewers hold food in place and are sturdy and strong for many foods. I made a double chicken tikki masala recipe and I needed 9 full chicken skewers. I used my large grill pan and was able to thread both ends of the skewer onto the long ends of the grill pan. I rotated the skewers several times as they slowly fried. It was a great experience. In addition, the skewers can be easily cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher. I will probably buy special grills to use on the grill to support the skewers but wanted to try them first to see if they would suit me. I will never use wooden skewers again. Unfortunately, I still have two large packages left and don't know what to do with them. I have an issue with the storage bag which is a great bonus by the way. The seams at the bottom of my bag weren't sewn properly and the hole allows the tips of the skewers to stick out. I will contact the company and I am sure they will get it right. Otherwise I think a bag is a great way to store it. It is hung so I can conveniently store the skewers in the pantry until next use.
