Review on Dorman 902-326 Blend Door Repair Kit: The Ultimate Solution for Flawless Temperature Control by Kavon Wiley

This summer I had to disassemble the dashboard to get to the HVAC housing which had a leaking evaporator core. Like an idiot I somehow forgot to put the hood back on after taking everything apart. I found out when the cold came. I found this super cheap kit and installed it in about an hour, start to finish. Even though I had to cut a hole in the HVAC case, it was worth pulling everything back out. The instructions were very clear and the installation was quite easy to be honest. I used a dremel to cut the hole, a sanding block to clean up the rough edges and included aluminum tape to seal everything. It took a bit of fiddling to get the door into the case and align it properly, but once it was in place everything went back together with no problems. It works great and now my friend's TJ has working heat and air conditioning again!
