The seams came up after the first wash

Exactly what I wanted for cooler weather. Our daughter looked great. But the first wash, a lot of threads came out of the skirt and pants. The bottom hem is missing from the bottom ruffle, leaving an unhemmed edge of fabric that will fray. Very disappointed.
