For the price, the headphones are quite comfortable and the sound is very good. Very happy with my purchase. One issue I've noticed is that when I share headphones with my mom when we go out so we can listen to the radio and keep our ears open, the audio cuts out for a second about every 15 seconds. I don't think it's related to the dead battery as I keep the earbuds in a case so I'm assuming the earbuds are charging. Correctly? I'm not sure if both earbuds need to be close together as that doesn't happen when I wear both. although the Bluetooth range is greater than ever. Very annoying, but still great headphones. Update: Somehow my headphones didn't sync and I can only use them individually and there are 2 Bluetooth connections in my device list on my Android phone. So I referred to the manual and it has instructions on how to "rearrange two headphones" but NOTHING described in the manual corresponds to what happens in real life. It mentions white and orange lights, but I have red and blue lights that are blinking. It prompts me to take the headphones out of the case when the "orange light is on". WHICH ORANGE LIGHT? I can't tell which light is on on the headphones while they're still in the case. Or did they mean some kind of orange light on the case? I do not know. The whole misunderstanding may be due to the language barrier, but OH MY GOD there must be native English speakers in Germany to get this right (I fully assume it's a German company as the instructions only refer to English and German come and I can speak English, it's a translation)! Blue is blue and white is white. It's nothing difficult! But even making educated guesses as to what the manual meant, nothing worked. nothing tiksounds, contact me and help me get my headphones back in sync if you want to restore my confidence in your product and my 5 star rating.
