Review on 🔐 Bolt Lock 7018449: Heavy-Duty 6' Cable Lock for Early Model Chevrolet, GMC, Hummer, Buick, Cadillac, Oldsmobile, and Pontiac Keys by Bryan Reed

Toggle switches in the lock are installed on the first key that is inserted into the lock and turned. The lock had previously been returned and set to the key they used in the lock. I had no idea and when I put my key in it didn't turn, rendering the lock unusable. The lock can now only be opened with the original key that was used in the lock. Contacted the manufacturer and was told the lock was not good and could only be used with the first key that was used in the lock. It's a great idea, but not so good if you're selling this car.
