They provided some great resources for our project. The tools they gave us were so easy to use that one coworker just learned how! Not much that I have found that I didn’t like about their service! We utilized their social media listening tool for the first time ever and it came with helpful training videos for new employees which made things a lot easier and seamless. I like that we can quickly look at potential new accounts for our brand as well as our existing ones. I also love that we have been able to use this service in a way that has helped us tremendously with my current clients. For some reason it will not let me add in a phone number. It is a great tool! We are also using Archiect for social media management.
