My wife bought a slicer for turkey breast, roasts and more. I wasn't sure if this product would meet our needs as I wasn't looking for a commercial food slicer that could be used about once a week. Not only is it easy to use, but it's also relatively easy to maintain. Had no trouble using it for roast beef and turkey breast.
