High quality and easy to use.

The aluminum parts really make this feels techy. There are two ball bearings in the handles. Make the turn very smooth. You do need a good prier to cut the string but it's very good steel cable. You can't cut it with scissors. The length is adjustable within 4-6 incheseven after the cable is cut. Very convenient for different people. Good quality!

I really like this jump rope it is well made and super durable the length is adjustable it may be initially confusing to put it together because it doesn''t come assembled but its fairly simple to figure out
