Excellent customer support from NetSuite and software works great

The integration of our internal systems - we use it for both incoming case management as well as outgoing email notifications/signatures etc when cases are completed or terminated respectively! It has been very useful so far but I do not have any dislikes about its functionality at this time (so much good!). This product does what you need without having too many features which can be overwhelming if your team isn't sure exactly how everything will fit together yet (or even knows). If there was something specific i want now then thats easy enough just add another feature request!! Incoming Case Management System & Outgoing Email Notifications using single system instead 2 separate tools.

  • Very user friendly
  • Intuitive to navigate no confusion in learning where things went, especially with all that information being presented upon logon screen.
  • Easy way create new forms within CRM database directly inside web interface.
  • No longer needs an outside programmer working up form code; saves us lots money over last few years!!!
  • Fast response from tech support
