This install is READY (if not stuck)

I had a Skytech Chronos Gaming PC Desktop – AMD Ryzen 7 2700X, NVIDIA RTX 2070 Super for about 2 weeks. Back then it froze every 4-5 hours. Sometimes when logging into Windows, sometimes when playing games in a web browser, sometimes when doing nothing, sometimes when logging out. I couldn't find a way to reproduce this consistently. I tried contacting tech support but their only suggestion was to reinstall windows, which I did and it didn't work. I then tried to use only the peripherals that came with the PC. Again it didn't work. I tried running memory and disk tests but found no problems. So in the end I really don't know what the problem was. I didn't have enough time to find out because they had to get the car back in their hands within 30 days of ordering it or they wouldn't take it back. (It took about a week to ship from a warehouse in Canada to my home in the continental US, so really didn't have time.) That's the bad part. The good thing is that when I actually got to play the games, they looked *amazing*. The system started up quickly and there were many expansion options (additional hard drive bay, additional RAM slots, etc.). I really didn't want to get rid of this computer if there was a way to fix it, but it just didn't work.
