Review on Dorman 917 224 Variable Timing Solenoid by Mike Messerly
Had problems with first solenoid
I installed a new solenoid only to find the new part was bad. I installed the old pressure solenoid on the new controller and the new controller worked as they should. I contacted Amazon and told them about my problem. They sent me a new part and it works perfectly. You would think Dorman would have some way of testing this before you sell them.
