I sleep on my side and have tried different types of pillows because I often wake up at night with a sore neck. I used to use a Dunlop latex contour pillow but my neck still hurt and since the rubber wouldn't move or shape there was nothing I could do. Regular pillows (not contoured) are even worse for my neck. I sleep better with this pillow, my neck doesn't hurt. She definitely supports her neck. Unlike latex, this pillow has no odor.
