For the price, this bag outperforms other EMS backpacks.

*Updated* I run a first aid charity for nerd and pop culture meetups. We were looking for an inexpensive backpack style bag that could hold oxygen, an AED and the entire contents of one of our supervisor bags. Our bags must be portable and deployable by one person on foot. The quality of these bags is comparable to our current Rothco EMS and First Aid bags. The entire front of the bag detaches from the main bag. This is one of the few bags large enough to fit a Defibtech AED. It took a lot of work to find such a bag as most bags were either way out of our price range or too big or designed for use with ALS or not suitable for the Defibtech LifeLine AED upgrade.2/3/17 A: in operation for about a year. It is still in good condition and fits a lot of things. I can store my AED Lifeline in the front zip compartment. However, some things seem to be pulling at the ends. For the price it's not bad. One of the most important things this bag needs is a chest strap. We added a chest strap and the bag fits much better when walking or jogging. The waist belt and clip could have been better sewn to the ends of the straps. Clips tend to work there after a while. The rest of the bag is fantastic and well worth the money. Nothing beats the versatility of this bag for the price. NO other ambulance backpack can carry AEDs, oxygen and ambulance gear. Some do two out of three, but never all three. Not even Ironduck has a bag like this and they specialize in making EMS/First Aid bags for events.
