Well, I first opened the mailing box, I immediately saw that they were not the quality I was expecting. Then I opened the plastic casing they were in and felt them. There was and odd film on the white ones that still has not gone away after 3 uses. Half the brow are fine; they're soft and they don't fray out. The other half are course and they shed *a lot* and have no tip to help spread the paint.So I mean, they all work, just most of them don't work well.
