I got these for my 16 year old son and he put them up with no problem. They are bright and colorful and easy to change settings

This is great for kids room BUT the tape that was sent doesn't hold the lights up very long and there wasn't enough to do the entire set of lights. We got our own double sided tape and they are staying up. Our daughter loves the ability to change the light functions and the ability to sync with her music.

More than 3/4 of one strip did not work. Very frustrating. No where to go to get help. Instructions were also less than helpful. Surprisingly the adhesion was better than expected.

Cables are too thin a fragile. And if you get them tangled you might as well throw them out. I didn’t even get to use them once before the cable broke. Straight to the garbage they went.

These lights stick very well to the wall and overall a good product. But how it will listen to music and flash to it, when on a solid color it will start flashing when i use my tv remote. Which quite honestly gets very annoying.

Bought for my 2 teens rooms for Christmas. The lights were very easy to put around their rooms and adhered to the wall with no problem. Makes for a very cool room! Teenager approved! (The app works great as well.)

The lights are bright and has different patterns to choose from. The bad about this set is that it isn’t packaged well and when you go to put it up the whole roll becomes a rats nest and it’s almost impossible to get it undone. Threw 2 sets away bc I spend 2 hours trying to get the knots out

I rated this product a 4 star overall because the first set that I got ended up being a dud. We checked them before putting them up and they were perfectly fine, got them all up, plugged them in, and boom! One of the strands didn’t work, and the other one kept flickering. My only complaint is that the rolls ended with the END of the strip. So essentially, you should unroll the whole strip and then apply it where you would like to begin. It would make installing a lot easier while it was on the roll, so we started with then end, and by the time we were finished, the connector would could not be inserted into the power supply. I bought these in-line Xmas lights, assuming they'd be more convenient and wouldn't get tangled like more conventional lights. Man, was I wrong. These get tangled and kink easily. I've spent days just to untangle the huge rats nest, before I could install it. Once installed in my front yard, the remote only works if you're close to the receiver plug, and you have to point straight at it. Which means you'll have to go outside in the cold to do it. These fit my kids' room perfectly. They can be very bright, but also can be dim enough to leave on during a movie etc. I love the slowest fade option.My only concern and negative thing- my son and daughters' rooms are right next to each other. My son downloaded the control app and now it lights both his and his sister's up at the same time . A few times it has randomly turned on at 4am and woken both kids up :( otherwise, I love these lights!

We tried using these to make a flagpole tree. They did look great while they worked but the first set stopped working after 2 days. After troubleshooting with customer service they agreed to replace them. Set up the replacement string and they lasted 5 days before they stopped working.

such a great gift for my boyfriend's younger brother. he is your classic young gamer. all i know about him is he like video games. took about 30 mins to apply and the features made for endless fun.
