This chain is EXTREMELY thin, as many other reviews have stated so bear that in mind. But, it is fine for me because I'm using it to hold a small diamond pendant. My jeweler actually cut the chain and secured my pendant onto the chain, so it's as one unit. Also, the hook on the chain is microscopic. If you have nails, good luck getting the necklace on and off. Very thin, very dainty chain I bought to put my pearl pendant on. Carries the pendant very well, and sits just where I like it to above my shirt line. I've seen other complaints about it breaking, but so far I have not had any issues, even when I forget to take it off before bed, which I do half the time I wear it. Would buy it again.

VERY thin. It feels very delicate, but also seems sturdy enough. I’m a little nervous to have this as my every day necklace that I typically wouldn’t take off at all, but hoping it’s stronger than it feels. May work well for some but not for me.I wanted to attach a diamond; rope too small & I couldn't work the clasp!Clasp much too small!

This appears to be a nice chain but know that it is VERY fine and the clasp is extremely small and very difficult to open or close.

Lovely, but the clasp would be better if a little bit larger. It is very difficult for my arthritic fingers to operate, so I had to replace it with a larger lobster claw clasp in sterling silver. Great quality for the price.

I got a little less than I paid for. Now I need to take it to a Jeweler to change the clasp and probably pay about the same amount as I gave for the chain to get that swapped out. I would not recommend this item

So tiny don’t know how anyone could get it closed.I should have been more aware of size as far as the chain too with the price of gold it’s hard to find anything without spending at least one hundred dollars.I will return it as it was for a sixteenth birthday gift . She’s a little too active to wear something so insubstantial.

These chains are for my 3 grandchildren. They will hold a sapphire pendant which is my birthstone. I had these loose stones for a long time.

I didn't have much money for this purchase so I did my research and found that rope chains and box chains are the longest lasting. I chose the rope chain because it was cheaper for the largest mm. I have have had it a week and I plan to wear it every day. So I'll let you know.

Chain is pretty and likely would have served its purpose but, I bought this to replace a chain that had a small clasp that I struggled with any time I wanted to wear it. This clasp is just as small so back in the packaging it goes for return sadly.

Love the necklace was a perfect size but the clasp it's fragile and broke only after 2 months of wear. Wouldn't recommend for the value of the price too high too fragile not satisfied at all very upset

The chain is beautiful and delicate. However it is unwearable. Nearly impossible to clasp. The tiny clasp is very difficult to connect even when in view, but when it is around the neck, nearly impossible.
