Everything is relative. I bought this laptop to replace the usual 14 "laptop from Lenovo, after almost 10 years of flawless work. There were no problems with the purchase, no dead pixels and other sores from other models were found. Has pros: I like absolutely everything about this laptop, the screen (picture), build quality, speed, battery life. Touch screen, stylus included. Some cons: The payoff for a metal case is weight, it could be lighter. Glossy screen is a minus for me
