🔧 AIR INTAKE HOSE REPLACEMENT for Honda Accord V6 & Acura TL 3.2L: Compatible with 2003-2007 Models (17228-RCA-A00 696-001) Review

I needed an air intake hose for my '03 Accord because of smog. The fact that they were able to get it to me in less than 24 hours was amazing. The package was sealed and even included a set of fabric gloves for installation. It's those little things that make a good company that I will definitely continue to buy from.

The MAP sensor valve port has been sealed due to poor rubber molding. I had to cut a hole in the rubber with a knife and cut the hole (glad I noticed that before riding it). Who knows what damage it could have done if it stayed closed. Make sure to check before installation, otherwise you will extend the repairing time. (Newly installed IMG 1 hose, old hose, you can see my finger through the hole, make sure you can see yours in the new IMG 2)

My original air intake hose broke so I failed the smog test. This item came quickly and at a reasonable price. You can find instructions on YouTube. The exchange lasted 30 minutes. I suggest changing the air filter at the same time, which should be done annually. The thin wire spring that secures the stock hose does not actually need to be removed to remove the stock hose.
