It says it isn’t fake jewelry but it is . It definitely isn’t sterling silver or rose gold either ! Im allergic to fake gold & silver & as soon as I put in the nose ring my nose was sore , I figured it was from a diffrent sized stem & woke up the next day with a crusty & pussed up nose 😩 my hole is bigger now & you can see through it with flash on . It’s no reason it’s pus coming from inside of my nose when I move the piercing around . I won’t be buying again . Save your money ladies & gents .

When I bought it, it advertised 18G, now I have a nose ring in my face that's too small and it f-ed up my gauge, all my other nostril piercings don't fit anymore. So that's something I have to figure out now. Pay attention to the gauge you're pierced at, you'll regret it if you don't. And I wouldn't recommend buying piercings from amazon, I've never found any that don't f- with me.

Edit: Unfortunately, this double hoop was so godly uncomfortable. I couldn't sleep with it in. It super irritated my nose piercing. And because the ends are not smooth at all, they actually dug and poked a hole on both sides, causing more irritation and sores. The ends are awful.ebay is shipping super slow lately, but I bought this specifically for the double ring. I've bought other double rings that just didn't fit. This one did! The L post could be a little bit longer but worked ok for me. Would not recommend these L post for someone with thicker nostrils. Hoops worked great.
