When I bought it, it advertised 18G, now I have a nose ring in my face that's too small and it f-ed up my gauge, all my other nostril piercings don't fit anymore. So that's something I have to figure out now. Pay attention to the gauge you're pierced at, you'll regret it if you don't. And I wouldn't recommend buying piercings from amazon, I've never found any that don't f- with me.
